Every sound session I host is a unique experience that will be intuitively & expertly tailored to compliment the unique energy of each session.


 I combine the use of the gong, crystal bowls, drum, chimes, rainstick and my voice to create a deeply immersive and therapeutic state that celebrates your full existence.


You will be receiving therapeutic sound to the core of your being, encouraging you to witness yourself fully.Whilst my journeys are relaxing, they are also activating, meaning that your body, mind and spirit are receiving full revitalisation and rejuvenation.
 My intention is always to support you to feel completely safe and in love with your full existence. To create a cosy, beautiful sanctuary inside of yourself that you can navigate life through.
